Delivery time will be dependent upon project size and a ‘First come first serve’ basis. Offer does not include content, domain(s) and hosting. Hosting must be provided by Marketing for Small Businesses Ltd. Domains can be purchased through Marketing for Small Businesses Ltd. There will be a handling fee for transfer of existing domains (if necessary).  This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Client must be 18 years of age or above. A 50% deposit will be required before starting the project. All elements constituting the website will remain the property of Marketing for Small Businesses Ltd until accounts are paid in full. FULL Payment is required before official handover of website or any other jobs carried in conjunction. Full Payment must be made within 10 days from invoice date. ‘Recommend a friend incentive’ Free MARKETING CONSULTATION will be delivered upon third party’s acceptance of a website design contract with Marketing for Small Businesses Ltd.  The website will include a user-friendly control panel in which the client will be able to change / update the content of the website independently at no additional cost aside from the £6.99/month hosting charge.  Any content added to the website by MFSB Ltd for demonstration purposes is not the property of the client and must not be used by the client under any circumstances. The text, images  and any other content will be added to the website by the client after they receive the 1-hour website lesson. Marketing for Small Businesses Ltd reserves the right to determine the time and place to deliver the training for the 1-hour website lesson. The feature ‘Google Search Engine Optimised’ consists on an element of the website that allows the addition of an appropriate Title, Description and Keywords tag to every page and post of the website. Images and links will also be able to benefit from the provision of alt tags.  Inclusion on Business Google Maps consists of the addition of the client website link and the business basic information into Google Business Center. The client will be able to add additional information about their business independently. MFSB Ltd is not liable for changes in the Google and any other Search Engine algorithms or how this might affect the ranking of the website.
